Unlike many of its competitors, The Gorsline Company has
a personal relationship with each of its clients which involves
more than financial support for medical bills. Gorsline
and his staff often visit injured drivers and lend emotional
support to family members during the recovery period.
"We try to take the emotional strain out of healing,"
said Gorsline. "Our clients don't need to worry about
their families, their bills or how things are going to be
taken care of, because we're going to do everything in our
power to help take care of them."
According to Gorsline, the most important interest for most
of his clients is returning to competition after they have
been injured.
"Our main business is providing insurance that can
help facilitate an injured driver's speedy return to competition,"
said Gorsline. "The first thing drivers want to know
is how soon they can get back in a race car. They don't
even ask how soon they can heal or how soon they can walk.
They want to know when they can drive again."
